**Job Description:** ---------------------- We are seeking a professional to work as an SMS Logistics Coordinator, responsible for ensuring the efficiency of logistics operations. Key responsibilities: Coordinate, mediate, and ensure execution of operational processes in accordance with Ipiranga customers' expected outcomes. Compile, analyze, and present results, reports, KPIs, and pre\-billing. Visit, attend to, and advise customers; handle negotiations, interventions, and resolve adverse operational situations. Present and implement process and team improvements. Manage, monitor, and train the workforce. Assist in candidate selection. Manage employees (performance evaluations, vacations, dismissals, etc.) and relay information to the Human Resources Department. Assume other duties inherent to the position that may arise. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Completed undergraduate degree (Environmental, Occupational Safety, Chemistry, Production Engineering) or related fields. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills for managing risk matrices, action plans, and training schedules. Proficiency in NRs (Normas Regulamentadoras) applicable to fuel and hazardous cargo transportation. Experience with management systems and telematics/tracking platforms focused on safety. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Advantages: * Postgraduate degree or specialization in Occupational Safety Engineering. * Active CREA registration as an Occupational Safety Engineer. * Certifications or supplementary courses in Environmental Management, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SASSMAQ, SMS Auditing, or Risk Management. * Experience in the oil & gas sector, fuel distribution, or downstream energy supply chain. Experience in crisis management and emergency response involving hazardous materials (emergency action plans simulations, coordination with environmental agencies and civil defense). Technical profile with autonomy to make field decisions, suspend operations, reject non\-compliant vehicles/drivers, and escalate critical situations. Ability to serve as the technical SMS reference for clients, representing the company in governance meetings.
