Perform ingredient pre-preparation (cutting, washing, and sorting). Organize and separate necessary supplies for production. Support the chef in daily kitchen routines. Wash and sanitize utensils, equipment, and work areas. Monitor food expiration dates and ensure proper storage. Assist in dish and order plating. Maintain a clean, organized workspace compliant with hygiene standards. Prevent waste and control supply usage. Follow food hygiene and safety regulations. Previous experience as a Kitchen Helper, Kitchen Assistant, Kitchen Aide, or Food Preparer may indicate suitability for some activities of this position. High school diploma required.
