To accelerate our appetite for growth, we need someone with experience as a Piadina Chef/Kitchen Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing our piadinas, with the following key responsibilities: Griddle proficiency Ensuring excellence in preparation/finalization Dough rolling Knowledge of our ingredients and portion sizes Understanding and applying required procedures for the role **Technical Requirements:** Completed high school education Attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to learn quickly, think critically, work efficiently, and communicate effectively **Behavioral Profile:** Dynamism; Strong interpersonal skills; Punctuality.
