Maintenance Coordinator

Description

Job Summary: Professional to coordinate maintenance of automated systems, work on automation projects, and lead teams and Industry 4.0 initiatives. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to apply data analysis and TPM **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of automated systems * Work on automation, digitalization, and technological expansion projects * Ensure equipment availability and reliability * Lead continuous improvement initiatives and Industry 4\.0 initiatives * Manage maintenance metrics (MTBF, MTTR, OEE) * Work with PLCs (Siemens, Rockwell or similar), SCADA/HMI, and industrial networks * Integrate automation and instrumentation systems * Manage suppliers and technical contracts * Lead efficiency and scalability projects * Apply data analysis in maintenance and TPM practices * Lead technical teams **Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation or related fields) * Advanced English (mandatory) * Solid experience in industrial automation and maintenance of automated systems * Knowledge of PLCs, SCADA/HMI, and industrial networks * Experience in Industry 4\.0 and data analysis * Experience with maintenance metrics (MTBF, MTTR, OEE) * Supplier and technical contract management * Knowledge of TPM * Experience leading teams Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Childcare allowance * Education allowance * Housing allowance * Free parking * Profit sharing * Private pension * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Language: * English (Mandatory) Work location: On-site
