Customer Service Internship

**Responsibilities:** * Support customer service and monitor the order portfolio; * Assist in entering orders into the system and support invoice issuance; * Support scheduling deliveries with carriers and sending documentation; * Monitor deliveries and support handling logistics incidents, such as delays and damages; **Skills:** * Organization and attention to detail; * Good communication and interpersonal skills; * Proactivity and willingness to learn; * Ability to meet deadlines; **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program (Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or related fields); * Interest in customer service and supply chain areas; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel; * Basic/intermediate English will be considered a plus.
