**Job Description:** Housekeeping Team Leader • Coordinate, guide, and supervise the housekeeping staff in daily routines. • Assign tasks and ensure compliance with cleaning and quality standards. • Conduct inspections of guest rooms and common areas to ensure adherence to procedures. • Train new employees and retrain existing staff as needed. • Manage supplies, linens, and cleaning products. • Report performance indicators, incidents, and operational needs to management. • Ensure timely completion of tasks, adherence to work schedules, and achievement of operational goals. **Requirements:** • Completed high school education. • Proven experience as a housekeeping team leader, supervisor, or in a similar role. • Experience leading operational teams. • Organizational skills, sense of priority, and attention to detail. • Strong communication skills, professional demeanor, and decision-making ability. • Flexible availability for working hours. **Minimum Education Level:** High School Diploma **Work Schedule:** Working hours: 8:20 AM to 5:00 PM; Shift pattern: 6 days on, 1 day off **Benefits:** • Competitive salary commensurate with the position • Transportation allowance *Apply through the Divulga Vagas portal!* Follow Divulga Vagas on Instagram: @divulgavagas.oficial
