Continuous improvement of processes and infrastructure **IT Support Assistant** We are looking for a committed, proactive, and solution-oriented IT professional to join our technology team and contribute to excellence in user support and infrastructure management. **Main Responsibilities** * Provide technical support to users, ensuring proper operation of platforms and work tools. * Respond promptly and accurately to requests via Service Desk, following established procedures. * Perform installation, configuration, preventive, and corrective maintenance of equipment (hardware, software, Windows workstations, Android tablets, and printers). * Guide and train users on the correct use of systems, tools, and IT policies. * Create, review, and keep technical procedures and knowledge base up to date. * Ensure call management and tracking, collaborating with other technical teams to resolve incidents. * Support administration of resources such as: landline and mobile telephony, CCTV, corporate email, internal messaging platform, and home-office VPN. * Ensure updates and optimal performance of corporate antivirus software. * Suggest and implement improvements to IT processes and infrastructure. * Develop materials and documentation to clarify frequent questions. * Diagnose, prioritize, and execute corrective and preventive actions for hardware, software, networks, and systems. * Log, route, and escalate technical tickets according to service levels. * Perform software updates, program installations, and network and antivirus configurations. * Create and review technical documentation, ensuring knowledge standardization. * Guide users on correct system usage, best practices, and internal policies. * Manage infrastructure services under your responsibility and engage vendors when necessary. * Identify failures and suggest technical and operational improvements. **What We Are Looking For** * Technical or undergraduate degree in IT (completed or in progress). * Communicative, organized profile with a continuous improvement mindset. * Experience in end-user technical support and infrastructure management is a plus. **Benefits:** * Sulamerica Health Insurance with co-payment * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance via Flash Card (BRL 44.00 per day) * Transportation allowance * SESC membership * SENAC partnership * Study grants after 12 months **Remuneration** BRL 2.500,00 Working hours: 08:00 to 18:08, Monday through Friday Interested candidates should send their resume to vagas@firstmedical.com.br We are located in the South Zone of São Paulo (near Jabaquara metro station).
