We are seeking an organized and responsible operational professional to handle machine stocking, cleaning, and monitoring of machine functionality, ensuring operational quality and excellent customer service. This position involves external routines and requires strong organizational skills, autonomy, interpersonal communication, and accountability for route management and restocking. The professional will be responsible both for the operational support of the machines and for daily client relationship management along the assigned route. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Completed high school education; * Valid driver's license required; * Own vehicle preferred; * Availability for external work and daily commuting; * Prior experience in operational routines, stocking, or external customer service is a plus; * Organized and responsible profile; * Professional demeanor and courtesy in customer interactions; * Ability to perform minor operational repairs; * Capacity to organize daily routines and manage restocking activities; * Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation; * Commitment and operational autonomy. **Responsibilities:** * Perform regular machine stocking; * Clean equipment; * Verify machine functionality and operational controls; * Carry out minor repairs when necessary; * Organize restocking activities and route control; * Provide customer service and support for operational clients; * Record stocking activities, consumption data, and operational information; * Support operational organization of routes; * Ensure proper functioning and presentation of machines; * Collaborate closely with the operational team and coordination.
