Job Summary: A law firm is seeking a law student to support contractual, labor, and procedural activities while developing practical skills. Key Highlights: 1. Conducting procedural queries in legal systems **About the opportunity:** Law firm located in the Morumbi neighborhood, near the Morumbi\-Claro Metro Station, seeking a law student to join the legal team and contribute to supporting contractual, labor, and procedural activities. Main responsibilities: Support in analyzing and drafting various contracts; * Support in drafting and reviewing employment contracts (CLT) and service agreements (PJ), as well as termination agreements * Support in analyzing **collective bargaining agreements and labor legislation** * Assistance with legal matters related to employees (hiring, termination, disputes, etc.) * Liaison with the HR team on day-to-day legal topics * Document organization and legal deadline management * Support for corporate administrative and regulatory matters * ; Addressing departmental inquiries. * Conducting procedural queries in ESAJ, EPROC, and PJe systems; * Assistance with administrative legal tasks and document organization; * Support to the team in drafting legal documents, reports, and internal communications; * Collaboration in general legal department routines. Requirements * Currently enrolled in the third semester or later of a Law program; * Knowledge of contracts and procedural query systems (ESAJ, EPROC, and * PJe); * Interest in Labor Law and HR routines * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; Good communication, writing, and interpersonal skills; * Interest in developing practical skills in the legal field.
