Description

Responsibilities and duties * In-person and WhatsApp support to employees, ensuring clear and humanized assistance; * Participation in onboarding, benefits presentation, and offboarding processes. * Clarification of doubts regarding vacations, terminations, DIRF, income statements, and eSocial. * Fieldwork whenever necessary. Requirements and qualifications * Experience with payroll routines; * Experience in accounting firms is a plus; * Bachelor's degree in Administration, HR, Accounting, or related fields; * Proactive and communicative profile, focused on service and relationship management; * Ability to convey confidence and provide clear guidance; * Availability for 100% in-person work; * Valid CNH B driver's license; Residence in the North Zone of São Paulo.
