We are currently in our pre-opening phase and seeking a **Restaurant Attendant** eager to join us from day one, helping shape a welcoming, agile, and memorable experience for every guest. We seek committed, communicative individuals with genuine enthusiasm to grow alongside the project. This position is **on-site**, located in the **Pinheiros region, near Faria Lima metro station**, São Paulo, on a **6x1 rotating schedule**. The role is for the **day shift**, from **09:00 to 17:00**, including time for team organization, cleaning, and rest. The professional will operate in a dynamic and collaborative environment, playing an essential role in ensuring seamless service operations. **Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:** * Greeting and serving customers with friendliness, agility, and attentiveness * Presenting the menu, clarifying questions, and assisting guests with order selection * Accurately recording orders and ensuring efficient communication with the kitchen * Organizing and maintaining a clean and pleasant environment for guests * Assisting with order assembly and delivery * Collaborating as part of a team to ensure smooth operations * Demonstrating commitment to scheduled hours, work rotation, and the establishment’s service standards **Knowledge and Experience Requirements:** * Completed high school education; culinary studies or interest in entering the gastronomy field is preferred * Prior customer service experience * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor * Organization, agility, and attention to detail * Ability to interact effectively with diverse guests and work under pressure * Availability and commitment to scheduled hours and rotation We seek energetic, sympathetic individuals with a genuine interest in delivering excellent service—people who value teamwork and wish to grow alongside the restaurant.
