Join us as we embark on a digital transformation that will revolutionize the logistics business: you will play a vital role in our success by managing customer experience and building a path to career success. **Key Responsibilities:** * Assist customers experiencing difficulties using the Billing Portal for bill payment, analyzing provided information to identify required actions and presenting the best solution to the customer. * Identify discrepancies preventing customer payment by analyzing data in internal systems and other information sources, escalating issues and seeking resolution with responsible departments and providers. * Escalate issues related to the Flexible Billing Portal to developers, preliminarily analyzing collected information to determine whether the root cause is internal or external, and directing resolution accordingly. * Ensure cancellation of amounts owed by delinquent customers via write-off of receivables in the Financial System, subject to written authorization per internal procedures and in accordance with Accounting Department instructions regarding control of the "Provision for Doubtful Debts" (PDD). * Support identification and application of "cash" customer payments in the financial system—received via bank deposit or bill—to facilitate release of the Bill of Lading (BL) and ensure timely application of funds per defined deadlines. * Propose process, system, and tool improvements by analyzing emerging problem demands and opportunities for more agile solutions, reducing recurrence and improving outcomes. * Support the Accounting Department in posting and clearing receipts by analyzing information and researching the Financial System to clarify doubts and confirm correct accounting allocation of amounts. * Maintain updated controls and statistics by pre-analyzing data with validation of information to assess team process performance. **Who We Are Looking For:** If you meet the requirements below, this is your opportunity to join this high-performing team and be part of this pivotal moment in our organization. * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields. * Intermediate English proficiency * Demonstrates financial aptitude, including ability to work with numbers, controls, and basic analysis. * Ability to inspire trust, with ethical and responsible conduct when handling information and interacting with customers. * Mutual respect and teamwork, collaborating positively across different departments. * Ability to plan and align activities, with strong organizational skills and effective demand prioritization. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel). * Prior customer service experience * Experience in accounts receivable, classification, posting, and bank and accounting reconciliations * Experience in billing data analysis Maersk is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we embrace different styles of thinking.
