The intern in this area will support the maintenance team in control processes, activity monitoring, and optimization of maintenance services. Additionally, the intern will prepare reports and presentations of results for the entire department. The intern will also support control and management processes. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Collect necessary data (information, photos, achieved KPIs, results before and after improvements); * Follow up on completion of Preventive Maintenance and Cleaning & Lubrication checklists. * Report Quick Kaizen initiatives within the department; * Maintain records and reports; * Develop procedures (SWIS) for maintenance tasks in Soap production; * Perform data extraction tasks using SAPscript, Python, VBA, Google Apps, and Domo; * Develop troubleshooting documentation (list of equipment defects and resolutions); * Support and participate in continuous improvement plans for the department. * Generate purchase orders and follow up on related activities—including spare parts, third-party payments, and part repairs—via Ariba. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: Engineering (any discipline), Technology degree, or IT (for Technology or IT students enrolled in 1st or 2nd semester), registered for evening classes * Language: English (basic) * Office/Google Tools proficiency (intermediate) * Availability to work onsite at the Jaguaré plant, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Prior experience with Excel is desirable * Prior experience with SAP is desirable * Technical training / SENAI certification **Our Commitment to Inclusion** Our journey begins with our people—developing strong talent with diverse backgrounds and perspectives to best serve our consumers around the world and fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels a true sense of belonging.
