To join our team, the following are essential: * Completed Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields; * Postgraduate studies in related areas will be an advantage; * Proven experience in software testing; * Intermediate/Advanced English; * Basic/Intermediate Spanish; * Extensive expertise in test automation, with hands-on experience using tools such as UFT (Unified Functional Testing), Selenium, Appium, etc.; * Knowledge and application of virtualized services, such as Service Virtualization (SV); * Analytical ability, attention to detail, and collaborative mindset; * Strong interpersonal skills when engaging with end users and business areas, acting as a bridge between requirements and delivery; * Experience managing a test factory, including planning, monitoring, and controlling deliveries and metrics. Advantages include: * Certifications in testing (CTFL, CTAL, etc.); * Knowledge of waterfall and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban); * Familiarity with management tools such as JIRA, Octane, etc.; * Experience in the Telecommunications sector will be considered an advantage.
