With the power of many curious minds, we can solve the world’s most complex challenges and make an even greater impact together. **Position Description:** A senior professional responsible for leading the Physical Environment structure in complex environmental projects, ensuring technical rigor, methodological consistency, integration with other disciplines, and alignment with current standards and guidelines. Work with a sustainability perspective, risk analysis, strategic technical support for projects, and assistance in developing technical and commercial proposals. **Responsibilities:** * Serve as the technical reference for Physical Environment, ensuring high-quality standards and regulatory compliance. * Lead the Physical Environment team, defining methods, guidelines, and evaluation criteria. * Represent the business unit before clients, institutions, environmental agencies, and other stakeholders. * Review and guide technical deliverables, ensuring coherence across projects. * Integrate information with other disciplines, proposing robust and sustainable solutions. * Collaborate with the Technical Core to contribute to standardization, governance, and knowledge management. * Support the commercial team in defining technical scopes, strategy, and pricing. Develop the technical team through mentoring, training, and development pathways. * **Requirements and Experience:** * Education: Completed undergraduate degree; * Technical knowledge: Geotechnics, Natural Processes and Environmental Risks, General Physical-Chemical Aspects, Integration with Socioeconomics, Engineering, GIS and Innovation, Environmental Impact Assessment, Control/Mitigation/Compensation Measures, digital tools (GIS, AI, etc.), market trends (consulting firms, ESG, multilateral banks); * Digital tools (GIS, AI, etc.) * Availability to work in a hybrid arrangement.
