Responsibilities include: drafting **Project Descriptions (PD)** and **Monitoring Reports (MR)**, organizing **documentation** and **audit-ready evidence**, analyzing **data**, and supporting project execution in accordance with applicable **methodological standards** and **certification requirements**. The role also involves weekly coordination meetings with **community mobilizers/agents** and **associations**, support for **training sessions**, guidance on **field activities**, and production of **outreach materials**. Profile: **Analytical**, **organized**, strong communication skills in **Portuguese and English**. Preferred qualifications: experience working with **indigenous communities**, residence in **Pará**, and **immediate availability**. **Work Type:** On-site/Hybrid, full-time with flexible hours. Willingness to travel required. **Main Responsibilities** * Draft technical documents such as Project Description (PD) and Monitoring Report (MR), aligned with applicable standards and methodologies; * Facilitate communication and engagement with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment of expectations throughout the project lifecycle; * Manage and organize project documentation, ensuring integrity and up-to-date status of contracts, reports, and communication records; * Actively participate in project organization and implementation, ensuring all stages comply with defined methodological standards; * Contribute to technical analysis and interpretation of data and procedures using applicable software and methodologies, ensuring compliance with industry norms and standards; * Support preparation of outreach materials, including banners, flyers, and presentations for projects and training events; * Conduct weekly alignment and planning meetings with community agents, social mobilizers, and associations involved in the project; * Direct field activities to ensure compliance with methodological standards; * Train community agents/social mobilizers and associations. **Requirements** Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or related fields. Postgraduate studies, master’s or doctoral degree in the relevant area. * 1–2 years of experience in carbon or socio-environmental projects. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. * Advanced English proficiency for reading and writing. * Experience in project documentation and report writing. * Experience in scientific writing. * Ability to interpret applicable methodologies and standards. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working with indigenous communities. * Residence in the state of Pará (São Félix do Xingu, Altamira, Marabá, Parauapebas, Belém, and Santarém). * Immediate availability. * Experience working with indigenous communities. **Equal Opportunity Statement** Each individual bears responsibility for fostering equality in our communities and professional environments.
