Job Summary: A T&D professional responsible for planning, executing, and managing training programs, educational content, and the Corporate University, ensuring standardization and alignment with organizational culture. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic involvement in Training and Development. 2. Management of Corporate University and LMS platforms. 3. Development of educational content and facilitation of training programs. * Conduct and manage Training Needs Analysis (TNA) with departments and leadership teams. * Plan, structure, and execute the annual Training and Development plan. * Develop and revise educational content (in-person, online, and hybrid). * Manage the Corporate University / LMS platform. * Train and support internal facilitators. * Lead onboarding, integration, leadership, and development pathway programs. * Define and monitor T\&D metrics (participation, satisfaction, and effectiveness). * Prepare results presentations for leadership. * Ensure standardization, pedagogical quality, and alignment with organizational culture. * Support strategic T\&D and organizational development initiatives. * Experience in Training and Development. * Experience with Corporate University, LMS, and E-Learning. * Experience in developing educational content and facilitating training programs. * Knowledge of learning methodologies (andragogy, learning pathways, active learning). * Proficiency in tools such as PowerPoint/Canva, Excel, digital platforms, and collaborative tools.
