Check it out below: Your responsibilities: * Support dealers; * Analyze tender documents; * Prepare quotations and technical specifications for tenders; * Manage the tender order portfolio; * Generate management reports summarizing area processes; * Maintain control spreadsheets and performance result tracking; * Conduct monthly calls with the tender dealer network. What you need to know: * Bachelor’s degree completed; * Ability to work under pressure and handle high volumes; * Strong communication skills; * Willingness to learn and develop; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; * English (desirable). Performance Indicators: * Adherence to process deadlines; * Number of dealer interactions / tenders handled; * Perception of service quality and accuracy of generated information; * Sales targets.
