Requirements: Previous experience in IT (support/infrastructure/help desk). Knowledge of computer, network, and peripheral maintenance. Networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routers, switches, Wi\-Fi). Experience with operating systems (Windows; familiarity with macOS is desirable). Experience with IT service management (ITSM) tools. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and corporate tools. Strong communication skills to interact with users and translate technical terms. Analytical, organized profile with a sense of priority. Proactive and autonomous problem-solving ability. Technical or higher education degree in IT, Information Systems, Networks, Computer Science, or related fields. Desirable: Experience with tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or similar platforms. Basic knowledge of information security. Experience with basic automation or scripting. Experience in dynamic environments/agencies/events (to align with Eventesse’s context). Software development. AI (technical aspects).
