Together, we always deliver our best. **\#VemPraDasa \#DasaLovers \#VemSerDasa** **Important:** We do not charge any fees during our selection processes. **Responsibilities and Duties** The Senior Projects Analyst will be responsible for structuring, leading, and monitoring strategic and structural projects within the department, ensuring organization, governance, alignment among stakeholders, and timely, on-scope, and high-quality delivery of results. **Main Activities:** * Structure projects from diagnosis through implementation. * Develop schedules, action plans, and milestone definitions. * Lead kickoff, alignment, and progress review meetings. * Identify and manage stakeholders. * Identify risks and propose mitigation plans. * Ensure formal documentation of decisions, assumptions, and dependencies. * Monitor project success indicators. * Interface with departments such as Operations, Products, CRM, Technology, and Units. * Structure pilots and monitor solution rollouts. * Support consolidation of executive reports for leadership. * Apply a mindset of continuous improvement and operational efficiency. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory** * Completed undergraduate degree. * Proven experience leading structural projects. * Experience managing multidisciplinary stakeholders. * Experience developing schedules and action plans. * Analytical ability to identify risks and impacts. * Experience preparing executive reports. * Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. * Strong organizational and prioritization skills. * Clear, structured, and objective communication. * Experience with project management tools (Planner, Monday, Jira, etc.). * Experience with operational metrics (SLA, TMA, productivity, etc.). **Desirable** * Prior experience in healthcare companies. * Experience in customer service operations (Call Center / NAC). * Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, Hybrid). * Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM or similar). * Knowledge of process mapping. **Additional Information** **Location: Santana – SP** **Work Schedule: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday–Thursday; 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Friday (Hybrid)** It is by caring for our people that we become the healthcare that people desire and the world needs — check out our benefits: * Nutrition support: Meal Voucher / Food Voucher or On-site Cafeteria (subject to location); * Health support: Health Insurance and Life Insurance; * Development support: Dasa University, Development & Career Cycle, Technology/PMAX Academies, and Crescer Program within Dasa; * Others: Transportation Voucher and Performance Bonus (PPR).
