Our growth is driven by people — and that’s why we seek someone who will take ownership in attracting, selecting, and developing talents aligned with our culture. ### **Position Summary** The Recruitment and Selection Analyst will be responsible for leading and supporting the entire process of attracting, screening, and selecting new employees for the network, ensuring alignment with Action360°’s culture, service standards, and excellence. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Post job openings and develop candidate attraction strategies * Screen resumes and conduct pre\-selection * Conduct initial interviews (online or in-person) * Assess behavioral profiles and cultural fit with Action360° * Support managers in hiring decisions * Organize and monitor the candidate pipeline * Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process * Support onboarding process organization * Suggest continuous improvements to R\&S processes ### **Requirements** * Prior experience in recruitment and selection * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Organizational skills and sense of priority * Analytical mindset combined with a human-centered approach (people-focused) * Ability to identify cultural fit * Proactivity and ownership mindset ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience recruiting for healthcare, fitness, or wellness roles * Experience in fast-growing companies or franchise networks * Familiarity with recruitment tools (LinkedIn, Gupy, etc.) * Interest in organizational culture and people development ### **What We Seek in This Candidate** * Keen eye for talent beyond the resume * Ability to represent Action360°’s culture during first contact with candidates * Organizational skills to manage multiple positions simultaneously * Energy, empathy, and sense of urgency ### **What We Offer** * Rapidly growing environment * Direct contact with leadership and decision-making * Continuous development * Opportunity for growth within the People area ### **Why This Role Is Strategic** You will help build the team that sustains Action360°’s premium experience.
