Join Cogna. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Register courses and offerings in the academic system according to the established schedule; * Register questions, instructors, and deploy other learning objects in the virtual environment and other company platforms; * Respond to service requests and provide technical support (to internal users) regarding potential inconsistencies; * Map customization requirements (according to business rules) and validate functionalities developed by the Technology team; * Update process monitoring controls and indicators; * Conduct process mapping for the area and propose improvements; * Prepare managerial reports with area indicators. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Degree in Engineering, Economics, Technology or related fields; * Demonstrate proactivity and teamwork skills in executing tasks; * Communicate analysis results effectively; * Maintain organization to meet deadlines and established goals; * Demonstrate resilience when facing challenges and unforeseen events; * Intermediate Excel; * Intermediate Power BI.
