**Description:** **Education:** Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or completed technical education **Age Range:** Minimum 18 years old **Responsibilities:** Assist in maintaining IT equipment, including Rub equipment. Train store replenishment staff on equipment usage, among other duties; basic knowledge of networks and systems. Develop computer programs as defined by the IT analyst. Provide support to the cashier team in case of system issues, coordinating resolution with Corporate IT to prevent operational disruptions; Open and monitor service tickets to resolve system-related problems. Provide assistance for equipment and accessory issues, opening service tickets for more complex cases; Accompany IT technicians during various tasks (e.g., installation or repairs); Open service tickets to request replacement/purchase of store equipment and accessories; Perform system updates used in the store when requested. Basic knowledge of networks and systems; familiarity with the Linux operating system.
