Job Summary: Responsible for supporting the rollout of the banners' promotional calendar into digital communication channels and CRM campaigns, aiming to strengthen the Group Pereira’s product and service portfolio nationwide. Key Highlights: 1. Support the execution of the promotional calendar in collaboration with partner departments. 2. Contribute to email, SMS, and digital marketing campaigns. 3. Operate digital marketing and CRM tools. Responsible for supporting the rollout of the banners' promotional calendar into digital communication channels and CRM campaigns, aiming to contribute to achieving the annual planning and campaign goals, as well as strengthening the Group Pereira’s product and service portfolio nationwide. * Support the execution of the promotional calendar by collaborating synergistically with partner departments such as e\-commerce, trade, and business units, to monitor, evaluate, and identify opportunities in the digital and CRM environment; * Contribute to rolling out the banners' promotional calendar into email, SMS, and other CRM campaigns, as well as digital marketing campaigns, by executing routine monitoring activities for the segment; * Support initiatives and productivity gains by fostering synergy among actions in the digital and CRM environments; * Support interface with specialized agencies (digital media and CRM), sharing challenges and key moments for each seasonality and business unit/banner, through interaction with stakeholders; * Monitor execution of plans established by leadership, respecting budget constraints and striving to achieve annual planning and campaign goals, through active involvement and participation in segment-related activities; * Operate digital marketing and CRM tools—including social media management platforms, social media profiles, message distribution systems, dashboards, and others—by monitoring segment systems and controls, as well as conducting information gathering and related studies.
