In this process, we believe everyone will be more engaged and energized to perform their duties while maintaining quality of life. **It’s not just about talking—it’s about acting!** **Key Responsibilities/Activities:** * Coordinate scheduling with other departments to ensure timely delivery of clients’ accounting closings; * Serve as the team’s focal point for internal system configuration; * Advanced knowledge of accounting reconciliations; * Knowledge of corporate income tax calculation under Actual Profit and Presumed Profit regimes; * Preparation of financial statements; * Experience with explanatory notes; * Experience with manual accounting entries. **Academic Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree completed or currently pursuing Accounting. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Experience in accounting firms; * Experience with ERP systems; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Availability to start immediately; * Availability for hybrid work in Barra Funda \- SP (work location). Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
