Job Summary: EATOPIA is seeking a Junior Training Analyst to manage and create training content, as well as consolidate performance reports in the food industry. Key Highlights: 1. Create and design materials in Canva and PowerPoint We are EATOPIA, a renowned company in the food industry, and we are looking for a dedicated professional to assume the position of Junior Training Analyst. If you have experience in the training field—especially within food-related companies—we would love to meet you! Main Responsibilities: \- Administer materials and content on the training platform. \- Update and create support materials, including operational facilitators and cleaning manuals. \- Produce and edit audio and video content (training sessions, announcements, tutorials). \- Create and design materials in Canva and PowerPoint, ensuring visual identity. \- Consolidate performance and platform usage reports. \- Edit campaign materials and monitor operations to identify needs for new materials. Required Qualifications: \- Advanced proficiency in Canva and PowerPoint (editing, layout, and visual identity). \- Basic knowledge of audio and video editing (cutting, captioning, inserting soundtracks, simple adjustments). \- Strong writing and written communication skills (for materials, guides, and announcements). \- Organizational skills and attention to detail (for managing updates and reports). \- Basic Excel knowledge (report consolidation and analysis). \- Ability to interpret operational needs and translate them into practical materials. \- Creativity in developing engaging materials and operational facilitators. Preferred: Prior experience in training, instructional design, or internal communications.
