Focus on performance, scalability, and best practices **Affirmative Action Position for Women | Senior .NET Developer | São Paulo (Hybrid)** We are looking for **senior .NET developers who are women** to build and evolve backend solutions in a dynamic environment focused on performance, scalability, and software engineering best practices. **About the opportunity:** Work within a multidisciplinary squad, focusing on integrations, API development, and evolution of existing systems, actively contributing to technical decisions and solution architecture. **Responsibilities:** * Develop and enhance backend applications using .NET Core * Build and maintain REST APIs for system integration * Improve application performance and stability * Work on integrations and inter-service communication * Participate in technical decisions and architectural evolution * Collaborate with the squad on new features and continuous improvements * Apply development best practices, testing, and version control **Requirements:** * Solid experience with .NET Core * Development and consumption of REST APIs * Knowledge of SQL Server and MongoDB * Experience with messaging systems (Service Bus or RabbitMQ) * Knowledge of dependency injection and object-oriented programming * Experience with caching and containers * Hands-on experience with Kubernetes * Experience with Azure DevOps (version control and CI/CD) **Nice-to-have:** * Knowledge of Angular or Flutter * Proficiency in asynchronous programming (async/await) **Profile:** * Strong communication and teamwork skills * Proactivity and continuous improvement mindset * Autonomy in making technical decisions * Organization and accountability for deliverables * Comfort working in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment **Work model:** * Hybrid — São Paulo/SP This is an **affirmative action position for women**, reinforcing our commitment to diversity and increasing female representation in technology.
