Job Summary: A QA professional with experience in digital products and agile methodologies, ensuring app quality and stability through testing and bug management. Key Highlights: 1. Description: * Solid QA experience working on digital products and agile methodologies. * Proficiency in functional, regression, exploratory testing, and quality documentation. * Ability to define test strategies and conduct risk analyses. * Experience with bug-tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar). * Familiarity with API testing (e.g., Postman). * Strong organizational skills, clear communication, and systemic thinking. ADDITIONAL ASSETS * Familiarity with React Native to understand app behavior and support analyses. * Experience in health tech, regulated products, or high-criticality environments. * Hands-on experience with test automation (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Appium, or similar). * Knowledge of CI/CD and Git. * Awareness of LGPD and security best practices applied to health products. * Experience with mobile apps. * Experience working within large ecosystems or complex integrations. * Work cross-functionally with squads to ensure alignment and quality across all areas. * Perform functional, exploratory, and especially regression tests to ensure stability of brand apps. * Identify, document, and track bugs, ensuring consistent prioritization and resolution. * Create and evolve test scenarios, cases, and plans with a focus on risk, impact, and user behavior. * Serve as the technical quality reference, supporting the team in analyses, decisions, and QA best practices. * Act as a bridge between RD Saúde and Vitat, ensuring alignment on requirements, workflows, and quality standards. * Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to guarantee high-level deliveries. * Propose continuous improvements to processes, tools, and overall product quality. * Support discussions and initiatives related to test automation when needed, even with a primary focus on manual testing. 251127020240244481
