Join us in living the new! **ATTENTION: AXIA Energia does not charge fees for tests, exams, or participation in the selection process.** **Responsibilities and attributions** **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Define and implement cybersecurity processes and procedures tailored to industrial IoT, OT, and CPS environments; * Prioritize IoT, OT, and CPS security initiatives aligned with operational resilience strategy and regulatory compliance; * Manage budget, resources, and performance indicators for IoT, OT, and CPS security; * Proactively identify, assess, and manage security risks in industrial environments—often involving legacy and sensitive equipment; * Lead industrial cybersecurity programs and projects, focusing on protection of critical assets; * Supervise IoT, OT, and CPS network architecture, ensuring segmentation, redundancy, and resilience; * Integrate IoT, OT, and CPS security with corporate IT policies while respecting operational particularities; * Collaborate with Information Security (IS) and IT teams to manage the evolution of IT/OT network segregation and their potential interfaces—a major challenge in this field; * Build and lead multidisciplinary teams focused on IoT, OT, and CPS security—including specialists in industrial networks, visibility, vulnerabilities, and incident response—promoting integration among the Company’s subsidiaries; * The team under your management will be responsible for activities such as industrial firewall management, IoT/OT/CPS traffic monitoring, anomaly detection, and security operations (SOC/CSIRT), considering subsidiary-specific requirements; * Conduct technical and operational audits on industrial systems, focusing on cyber risk mitigation; * Supervise continuous operation of visibility, detection, and response tools in IoT, OT, and CPS environments; * Maintain continuity and recovery plans specific to critical industrial systems; * Ensure proper operation of backup processes, asset inventory, EDR, among others; * Coordinate the IoT, OT, and CPS Cybersecurity technical team to ensure implementation and maintenance of security controls in critical operational environments. **Requisitos e qualificações** **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Engineering or related fields; * Previous experience in project management, information system security, IoT, OT, and CPS security; * Knowledge of industrial protocols (Modbus, OPC\-UA, BACnet) and IoT protocols (MQTT, CoAP); * Certifications in NIST, CISM, and ISA/IEC 62443 will be considered advantageous; * Intermediate English proficiency. **Informações adicionais** **Benefits:** At AXIA Energia, the well\-being and quality of life of our people power the energy that drives us.
