Work model: Hybrid \- 2 days onsite Units: Osasco \- SP / Alphavile \- SP / Curitiba \- PR / Uberlândia \- MG / Rio de Janeiro \- RJ / Recife \- PE **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities** As a Senior Backend Java Tech Lead, you will work within the Individual Foreign Exchange Management area, with the following main responsibilities: * Serve as technical leader for agile squads, ensuring technical excellence, continuous solution evolution, and business value delivery—with emphasis on performance, security, and scalability. The Tech Lead serves as the technical reference, supporting strategic architecture and development decisions, while promoting best practices and high-quality standards; * Provide technical leadership to development squads, fostering alignment, collaboration, and the team’s technical growth; * Support and define architecture, development, and code quality standards; * Collaborate with business areas to define scope, planning, and demand prioritization; * Ensure consistent and sustainable deliveries focused on business value, performance, security, and scalability; * Act as a bridge between technical teams and stakeholders, supporting strategic decision-making; * Promote engineering best practices, DevOps culture, and continuous process improvement; * Actively participate in code reviews, technical mentoring, and knowledge sharing. **Requirements and Qualifications** What do you need to have or know? * Solid experience with Angular (11, 15, 17, 19, and 21\), advanced proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript, consistent experience with Java (8, 11, 17, 21\), and experience with Node.js * Experience with Hexagonal Architecture, Quality Assurance, and immersion in quality culture—including unit, integration, functional, and automated testing—as well as code review experience; * Mastery of Clean Code, Clean Architecture, and software engineering principles, plus experience developing microservices; * Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs; solid knowledge of relational and/or non-relational databases (MongoDB, SQL Server, Cache Redis); DevOps, Cloud, Observability, and Vulnerability Management; * Experience with CI/CD using GitHub Actions, Docker, and Kubernetes; hands-on DevOps culture experience; experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud * Experience with CI/CD using GitHub Actions, Docker, and Kubernetes; hands-on DevOps culture experience; experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud * Knowledge of quality and observability tools such as: Fortify, MEND, Dynatrace, ArgoCD, Databricks, Elasticsearch; experience with tools such as Git, Jira, Confluence, and Nexus * Knowledge of Kafka for messaging and asynchronous integration; experience with system integration, coexistence, and legacy system migration—including Mainframe.
