Our mission is to ensure efficient management of credit granting and maintenance, guaranteeing profitability and solid growth of the Organization’s assets. Work model: Hybrid \- 2 days onsite Unit: Osasco \- SP **What will your day-to-day look like?** As a Data Scientist II, you will work in the Non-Current Account Modeling Management area, and your main responsibilities will include: * Developing, enhancing, and recalibrating credit models targeting non-current account customers. * Building models related to fraud, self-fraud/self-harm, and account opening. * Conducting exploratory analyses, ad hoc studies, and investigations supporting credit decisions. * Monitoring the performance of existing models, ensuring stability and accuracy. * Developing rapid analytical solutions to support business area demands. * Participating in projects focused on the Agribusiness segment, contributing through analysis and modeling. * Handling large volumes of data using Python, SQL, and Spark. * Communicating results and recommendations to stakeholders across different areas, adapting language as needed. **Requirements and Qualifications** What do you need to have or know? * Completed undergraduate degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. * Experience applying machine learning (supervised models). * Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Spark. * Experience throughout the full lifecycle of credit models (development, validation, and monitoring). * Ability to independently conduct analyses and deliverables.
