Job Summary: A professional responsible for tracking vehicles, supporting customers and drivers, managing travel irregularities, and maintaining the organization of the workplace to ensure monitoring efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Vehicle tracking and monitoring 2. Customer and driver support 3. Irregularity management and route optimization Track vehicles Support customers and their departments. Support drivers serving the customer. Handle irregularities arising during trips. Maintain an organized workplace to enhance monitoring efficiency and productivity. Report any anomalies detected during trips—beyond internal company system procedures—to supervisors and responsible personnel. Request route corrections from leadership to prevent irregularities during trips and ensure accurate tracking. Guide drivers on the proper use of tracking devices and other vehicle safety equipment. Respond to requests and instructions from supervisors and analysts. Assess whether customer-related interference affects monitoring, avoiding complications in potential incidents. Request information from customers and/or drivers via phone and/or email when the tracking system detects an irregularity during a trip, to identify or rule out any event. Send commands or messages to drivers, at the customer's request, via Integra or Tracking Technologies for logistical purposes. Monitor vehicles from other bases when demand increases due to absences or shifts of other team members.
