Support operational activities and develop talent. **Supervise the shift:** monitor production and sales, and ensure speed and quality for each order. **Lead and inspire the team:** guide, motivate, and ensure the best experience for customers. **Monitor financial results:** track sales, manage cash handling, and support cost and labor management. **Support operational activities:** roll up your sleeves and work alongside the team when needed. **Organize restaurant routines:** opening, closing, inventory checks, and daily alignment meetings. **Ensure compliance:** uphold internal policies and labor laws. **Develop talent:** train, mentor, and contribute to team growth.
