Consulting and knowledge sharing in AI **What We’re Looking For:** Senior-level professional experienced in **(Testing/Performance).** **Responsibilities:** AWS AI/ML Data Scientist consultants work closely with customers to implement and manage AWS AI solutions aligned with their technical requirements and business objectives. They drive customer success throughout their cloud journey by delivering technical expertise and best practices across the project lifecycle. They design scalable and secure AI solutions tailored to each customer’s specific needs. They collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, assess current infrastructure, and propose effective strategies for implementing AI solutions on AWS. * Design and implement complex, scalable, and secure AWS AI solutions customized to customer needs; * Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout project execution; * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective AI implementation strategies; * Serve as a trusted advisor to customers on industry trends and emerging AI technologies; * Share knowledge internally through mentoring, training, and creation of reusable artifacts. **Requirements:** * Experience with performance testing; * Experience with JMeter or K6 tools; * Experience with API (REST) testing; * Proficiency in Java programming language; * Experience defining application performance requirements (load/capacity, stress, etc.); * Experience automating test scenarios and ensuring adequate coverage per defined strategy; * Experience analyzing performance testing tool reports for diagnosing slowness and unavailability, generating root-cause corrective recommendations; * Structure, implement, and collect quality metrics and indicators to continuously improve testing activities. **Nice-to-Haves:** * Knowledge of DevOps concepts (Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Pipelines, etc.); * Experience with relational and NoSQL databases; * Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Kibana, or Dynatrace; * Basic understanding of application security. **Behavioral Profile:** We are looking for someone who: * Enjoys working in teams and is **collaborative** in their responsibilities; * Has the **courage** to challenge themselves and go beyond, embracing new growth opportunities; * Transforms ideas into **creative solutions** and pursues quality in all daily activities; * Possesses strong **problem-solving skills**; * Is capable and comfortable working independently and **managing their own time**; * Is interested in tackling technologically **adversarial and innovative** situations.
