Job Summary: Assist in the preparation, assembly, and pouring of molds, performing cleaning, demolding, and finishing of cast parts. Key Highlights: 1. Essential support in the production of cast parts 2. Involvement in various stages of the casting process 3. Material handling and safety assurance Assist in preparing and supplying sand for molding. Support the assembly and closing of sand molds. Perform cleaning and organization of molding and pouring areas. Assist in the metal pouring process under the guidance of the furnace operator or responsible operator. Perform demolding of cast parts. Carry out simple deburring and initial finishing of parts. Sort parts according to quality standards. Move materials and parts using carts or pallet jacks. Comply with safety regulations and properly use PPE. Support inventory and basic material control.
