We are seeking a **Quality Coordinator** to lead quality management across Latin America, working closely with operations and focusing on continuous improvement, certifications, and risk management. **Responsibilities:** * Lead the implementation, maintenance, and evolution of the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with applicable food industry standards and regulations. * Coordinate internal and external audits, including preparation for BRC certification, ensuring requirement fulfillment and effective handling of non-conformities. * Manage quality indicators (KPIs), analyze data, and present results and action plans to leadership. * Strategically manage risks and quality assurance, with emphasis on problem prevention and scenario-based decision-making. * Supervise quality control processes, regulatory affairs, audits, and supplier qualification. * Lead and develop the Latin American Quality team, promoting alignment, engagement, and high performance. * Lead continuous improvement projects and process mapping, contributing to efficiency gains and departmental structuring. * Actively participate in strategic initiatives, such as in-house production projects (blends), supporting operational development and evolution. * Ensure management and updating of quality documentation, guaranteeing regulatory compliance across countries in the region. * Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies. * Align quality strategies with business objectives, supporting accurate and sustainable decision-making. **About the Company:** MasterSense is a distributor of ingredients and flavors focused on delivering customized solutions and services to the food and beverage industry.
