Support in IT asset and infrastructure management **Hybrid position, based in Curitiba/PR** **About the position:** We are seeking a Junior IT Support Analyst to provide user support and technical assistance, ensuring the full functionality of the company's systems, equipment, and technological infrastructure. This professional will be responsible for delivering N1 and N2 support, maintaining IT resources, supporting IT asset management, and contributing to continuous improvement of departmental processes, always prioritizing service security and quality. **Your responsibilities:** * Provide N1 and N2 technical support (remote and on-site); * Support operating systems and networks; * Perform maintenance and installation of software, hardware, and printers; * Manage system access and user permissions; * Support IT asset inventory and management (hardware, software, and licenses); * Prepare equipment (installation, configuration, and formatting); * Support identification and resolution of infrastructure incidents; * Develop and maintain internal manuals and procedures related to the technology area; * Ensure information security best practices within the corporate environment. Requirements: * Prior experience in N1 support; * Knowledge of infrastructure and microcomputing; * Basic knowledge of networking and information security; * Knowledge of equipment preparation (installation and configuration); * Knowledge of Windows environment; * Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Business (Entra ID, SharePoint, Power Automate) is desirable.
