




**Description:** **To excel in this role, you must have:** Completed undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Networks, Computer Engineering, Control and Automation Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields. Experience in technology contract management; supplier relationship management; microcomputer asset management; and budgetary control; Intermediate proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite; Driver’s license, Category B (desirable); Availability for occasional travel; Availability to work on-site in Belo Horizonte/MG. Here’s how you’ll contribute to the IT and OT Infrastructure team: Drafting, reviewing, and analyzing technology contracts (hardware, software, services, and telecommunications), ensuring compliance with internal policies and current legislation; **Overseeing the entire contractual lifecycle:** from negotiation through to termination—monitoring validity periods, renewals, amendments, closures, and contracted values, including adjustments, budgets, and validation of invoices and purchase orders; Monitoring technology supplier performance, conducting periodic alignment meetings, analyzing SLAs and KPIs, recording and tracking non-conformities, and presenting performance indicators (SLA, Opex, Capex, savings); Producing managerial reports on contract status, supplier performance, and costs, maintaining an updated inventory of active contracts; Supporting internal and external audits, as well as collaborating with IT and Procurement departments by providing strategic information for decision-making and future cost forecasting; Serving as the main point of contact among suppliers, IT, Legal, and Procurement—maintaining strong relationships, negotiating contractual improvements, cost reductions, service expansions, and assisting user departments in understanding contractual obligations. 2512240202491664321
