**Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Summary Description: Manage the portfolio of cooperative members and monitor performance through management reports; conduct visits for prospecting and negotiating products and services to support institutional growth and financial results, achieve established targets, and ensure member satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Manage the corporate (PJ) portfolio; Prospect new cooperative members; Generate new business through visits and foster loyalty among new cooperative members; Market the cooperative’s products and services; Prepare and follow up on credit proposals via electronic proposal system; Manage delinquency; Support the development and improvement of products and services; And other related activities. **Requirements:** Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; Knowledge of financial institution products and services; Experience in customer service and negotiation; Understanding of market risks (e.g., credit risk, delinquency); Active ANBIMA certification; Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365\. We seek candidates who possess: Strong verbal and written communication skills; Good interpersonal relationship skills; Results-oriented mindset and commitment to achieving targets.
