Ready for a career that delivers more? **Check out this opportunity and \#JoinPagBank!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Prepare the Annual Budget, Forecast, and periodic revisions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. * Monitor the financial performance of the acquiring business, analyzing key metrics such as TPV, revenues, margins, and profitability. * Perform variance analysis (budget vs. actual), identifying deviations, risks, and opportunities. * Build, monitor, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual P\&L reports by product, channel, or portfolio. * Develop and maintain managerial dashboards and reports in Power BI, promoting automation and analytical depth. * Prepare executive presentations on results and KPIs for senior leadership, in collaboration with business units. * Support the automation of financial routines to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability of analyses. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields. * Prior experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP\&A), Controllership, or other finance functions. * Solid knowledge of P\&L analysis, forecasting, and financial modeling. * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills. * Experience handling and analyzing data. * Power BI proficiency for dashboard development and managerial analysis. * Analytical, critical, organized mindset with strong communication skills. * Ability to independently manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with business units. **Additional Information** **To stand out in this role, it would be great if you also have:** * Experience in fintechs, banks, or payment institutions. * Knowledge of acquiring products. * Intermediate English proficiency. * SQL knowledge.
