Build this story with us.** The Paranapanema Lot is one of the largest ongoing highway infrastructure projects in the State of São Paulo and forms part of the 1,800 km of highways qualified under the State of São Paulo’s Investment Partnerships Program (PPI-SP). We are upgrading 285 km of highways with an investment of BRL 5.8 billion, bringing greater safety, traffic flow, and regional development. With lane duplications, new footbridges, service roads, lighting, and monitoring technology, this project marks a new chapter for Raposo Tavares Highway. And none of this happens without people. Apply to our new openings and share! **Responsibilities and Duties** Work with constant field presence, conducting technical visits to operational bases, construction sites, work fronts, SAUs (Administrative Support Units), toll plazas, and administrative areas; Oversee operational activities in the field, identifying occupational and road-related hazards, and advising employees and third parties; Conduct safety inspections at workplaces, identifying unsafe conditions and acts, and proposing and tracking corrective and preventive actions; Prepare reports, records, and accident risk notifications; Lead occupational safety induction and periodic training sessions, promoting awareness and a preventive culture; Advise on and enforce proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and collective protective equipment (CPE), inspecting and managing PPE records and fire-fighting equipment; Collaborate with the Internal Commission for Accident Prevention (CIPA), participating in meetings and supporting accident prevention initiatives; Support the organization and execution of the Internal Occupational Safety Week (SIPAT), contributing educational and engagement activities; Assess, investigate, and monitor workplace accidents, including arranging medical care for injured workers and proposing preventive actions; Inspect construction works and services along the concession section, verifying road signage and compliance with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) regulations. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed technical education in Occupational Safety; * Driver's license category B; * Experience in Occupational Safety or related fields; * Experience in highway concession operations is desirable; * Knowledge of Hazard and Risk Identification, Emergency Response Plan Development, Regulatory Standards (NRs), and Social Security Legislation; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. **Additional Information** On-site work location: Itapetininga / São Paulo **Benefits****:** Medical assistance; Dental assistance; Life insurance; Transportation allowance; Meal voucher and/or food allowance; Profit-sharing program (PLR); Childcare allowance for mothers (internal benefits subject to specific dates and policies); Christmas basket Which paths do you still want to transform, and which opportunities do you still wish to pursue?
