Ability to interpret drawings and diagrams **Job Description:** Responsible for maintaining heavy equipment used in the forestry sector, ensuring proper operation and productivity of the operation. Performs preventive and corrective maintenance, inspecting, lubricating, and replacing parts of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Technical course in mechanics applied to forestry machinery * Minimum 6 months of experience in this role * Ability to understand and interpret drawings and diagrams, and basic knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems. **Work Schedule:** Rotating shift * 1st Shift: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM * 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM * 3rd Shift: 11:50 PM to 8:10 AM **Benefits:** * Bonus: BRL 300.00/month (provided no absences or tardiness occur) * Meals: Provided on-site (no deduction) * Transportation allowance of BRL 200.00 * Unimed health plan (co-payment): Available after 3 months * Group life insurance * Annual profit-sharing * Bonus up to 68% of salary Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: BRL 4,000.00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Fuel allowance * Commercial agreements and discounts * Profit-sharing * Life insurance Education: * Completed technical education (Mandatory) Experience: * Maintenance of forestry machinery (Mandatory) * Reading and interpretation of diagrams (Mandatory) * Electrical and hydraulic systems (Mandatory)
