Join Nexa and be part of a mining company that moves with the world! #womeninmining **Responsibilities and attributions** * Deliver theoretical and practical training on the operation of underground and/or surface mobile mining equipment; * Deliver training on the following equipment: Robolt, Bolter, Off-road Truck, LHD, and Concrete Shotcreting Machine; * Develop operators’ technical and operational skills according to the established competency matrix; * Conduct initial, periodic, and refresher competency and operational performance assessments; * Identify competency gaps and propose development plans; * Ensure compliance with safety standards, operational procedures, and legal requirements; * Support standardization of operational methods and best operating practices; * Conduct induction, refresher, role-change, and return-to-operation training; * Record and maintain up-to-date training controls, evidence, and documentation; * Serve as the technical reference for safe operation of mobile equipment. **Requirements and qualifications** **Required qualifications:** * Completed technical education in Mining, Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, or related fields; * Experience operating underground mine equipment: Robolt, Bolter, Off-road Truck, LHD, and Concrete Shotcreting Machine; * Basic knowledge of operational safety, underground mine procedures, and best operating practices; * Availability to work on-site and in underground environments; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; * Ability to develop and follow procedures and work instructions; * Willingness to reside in Aripuanã/MT; **Preferred qualifications:** * Experience operating underground mine equipment; * Experience using equipment simulators; * Familiarity with training planning, scheduling, and indicator tracking (training hours delivered, performance evaluations); * Driver’s license category D; * Flexibility to work different shifts, if required; **Skills and competencies:** * Clarity and teaching ability to convey technical knowledge to professionals with diverse profiles; * Strong oral and written communication skills; * Organizational skills to maintain updated physical and digital records; * Planning and discipline to structure training schedules; * Proactivity and willingness to learn new equipment and processes; * Attention to detail and focus on safety; * Interpersonal skills and ability to guide, correct, and develop people; * Professional, ethical, and responsible attitude, focused on team development and adherence to operational standards. **Additional information** ***Nexa believes in fostering a plural environment where everyone feels comfortable and empowered to be themselves.*** We are one of the world’s largest zinc producers!
