Description: * Completed technical course in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Electroelectronics or Mechatronics; * Experience with SAP; * Basic to intermediate Office Suite skills; * Experience with MS Project. * Evaluate long-term maintenance planning - Strategic Maintenance Planning; * Develop monthly maintenance plans by assessing required versus available resources (materials, labor, special tools, auxiliary equipment and costs); * Consolidate work identified during selective and routine inspections that require equipment shutdowns, ensuring they are included in major shutdown scopes through properly planned service orders; * Develop the Master Shutdown Schedule using MS\-Project and determine the critical path of the shutdown; * Schedule prioritized maintenance services according to available resources; * Open service orders for scheduled maintenance activities; * Coordinate with Production, HR, Projects, Safety, Environment and other areas the planning of equipment maintenance activities within the scope of the Major Shutdown; * Develop, review and update the 52-Week Map; * Develop, review and update the Annual Plan; * Break down the annual plan into the monthly plan; * Break down the monthly plan into the weekly schedule; * Develop annual material consumption planning; * Develop, review and update the Weekly Maintenance Schedule; * Monitor and control adherence to maintenance performance indicators; * Define and/or adjust necessary resources for maintenance services: * Standard time for tasks; * Costs, materials and labor contracting when applicable; * Service order priorities; * Detailed description of activities to be performed; * Tools and auxiliary equipment, when applicable. 2510250202201831793
