




Job Summary: Multifunctional support for Human Resources and Personnel Department routines, covering tasks ranging from document control to organizing internal events and communication. Key Highlights: 1. Support for HR and Personnel Department routines 2. Assistance in recruitment, selection, and onboarding 3. Contribution to organizational climate Provide support for HR and Personnel Department routines, including document control, file organization, signature collection, and employee assistance. Responsible for daily timekeeping and attendance tracking (absences, tardiness, overtime), forwarding data to payroll processing. Provide guidance regarding salaries, benefits, vacations, deductions, and internal policies. Assist in recruitment and selection processes, new employee onboarding, and training support. Contribute to organizing internal events, internal communication, and maintaining a positive organizational climate, ensuring departmental orderliness and compliance with Occupational Safety regulations. **Job Requirements** **Education:** Completed undergraduate degree. **Skills:** Attention to detail, organization, initiative, proactivity, sense of priority, strong communication skills, good interpersonal relationships, leadership, and discipline. **Experience:** Minimum of 6 months in this role or in a related field.
