**Responsibilities and Duties**
Execute actions deployed for your area of responsibility in accordance with defined business strategies; Supervise active installation and construction contracts, ensuring agreed-upon deliverables while respecting previously agreed timelines and costs, and encouraging the use of the best available project management tools; Supervise the quality of installation and construction services, with availability for travel, aiming to ensure alignment between the contracted scope and work executed by suppliers; Prepare measurement reports for services performed by contracted suppliers, always guaranteeing conformity between performed and measured services and ensuring compliance with all applicable internal regulations; Enable integration among construction, installations, technology, and the various departments and disciplines involved in or impacted by activities carried out at airports managed by Motiva (Operations, SGSO, AVSEC, Commercial, and Public Agencies in general), always aiming to minimize operational impacts, accelerate service execution, and mitigate risks associated with implementation; Facilitate effective communication between Motiva and contractors, avoiding surprises that could cause schedule or cost impacts on projects; Prepare, review, and approve schedules and action plans for ongoing construction and installation projects. The aforementioned documents will be used for project reports, recovery action plans, and as a basis for preparing AISOPESO reports to be submitted to the SGSO department; Develop physical and financial planning—including forecasts—for capital investments (CAPEX), always ensuring alignment between reported and executed information; Issue and manage non-conformance reports for quality deviations identified in construction and installation works carried out at airports managed by Motiva; Prepare acceptance certificates ensuring that deliverables specified in construction and installation contracts meet expectations of internal and external customers; Prepare acceptance certificates ensuring that deliverables specified in construction and installation contracts meet expectations of internal and external customers; Monitor and control contract amendments, contract validity periods, and CAPEX investment contracts planned for airports managed by Motiva; Prepare technical studies for specific interventions and new implementations—from scope definition and object detailing through to contracting—always seeking economical, safe, sustainable, and innovative solutions for airports managed by Motiva; Prepare and approve technical reference documentation for contracting new services, materials, or equipment for airports managed by Motiva; Evaluate and approve technical proposals submitted by suppliers interested in providing services or supplying materials or equipment for airports managed by Motiva;
**Requirements and Qualifications**
Bachelor's degree in Engineering;
Preferred: prior experience in Construction Management;
Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency;
Residence in Avaré/SP or surrounding region.
