Health and well-being guide our decisions. **#BecauseLifeIsWorthTreating** **Responsibilities and duties** **On a day-to-day basis, you will:** * Inspect and control punch dimensions, recording data and observations in spreadsheets; identify when replacements are needed and ensure punches are available to production operators; * Clean punches and tooling, prepare cleaning solutions, and document all services in specific records for control and historical tracking; * Perform minor repairs on punches and tooling; forward non-repairable parts to the technician or supplier to ensure optimal functionality; * Support the training, testing, and installation of new tooling and equipment, verifying functionality and conducting required tests; assist in disseminating information for adjustments or acceptance; * Participate in approving tooling and packaging drawings, ensuring compliance with technical specifications required for production; * Catalog and update technical specifications of components, periodically reviewing measurements and adhering to current standards to maintain technical reliability; * Request quotations for new components, obtain supplier quotes, and schedule technical visits to ensure quality and support procurement processes. **Requirements and qualifications** **To participate in our selection process:** * Completed technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Precision Mechanics, Mechatronics, or related fields; * Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, metrology, machining processes, polishing, and precision fitting; * Knowledge of maintenance management systems and tooling lifecycle control; * Ability to conduct technical evaluations of tooling projects and documentation. **You’ll stand out if you have:** * Experience in pharmaceutical, cosmetic, or food industry environments; * Knowledge of tooling validation and performance testing; * Proficiency in quality tools (Ishikawa, PDCA, 5 Whys, 5W2H). **Additional information** **\+ Details** Work location (Base): Embu das Artes – São Paulo Shift: 1st shift (6:00 AM–2:20 PM) or 2nd shift (2:00 PM–10:20 PM); flexibility in working hours is required. **Benefits for you!** * Meal voucher; * Food voucher; * 100% coverage for Libbs medications; * Pharmacy benefits program – Vidalink; * PPR – Profit and Results Sharing Program; * Parking, transportation allowance, or shuttle service (applicable only for shift-based roles); * Flexible benefits (life insurance, private pension, medical and dental assistance, food allowance).
