Governance, Standardization and Process Improvement **Date:** Feb 9, 2026 **Location:** BOITUVA, SP, BR **Company:** Grupo Petrópolis Responsible for corporate management of planning, supply, and control of production materials (raw materials, packaging, and inputs), ensuring availability, inventory optimization, cost reduction, and compliance with corporate policies. Strategically collaborates with Procurement, PCP, Operations, Quality, and Finance departments to support decision-making and process standardization across business units. Main Activities and Responsibilities * Corporate Material and Inventory Management Define and implement corporate policies for material planning and control (minimum, maximum, safety stock, and turnover), ensuring production requirements are met while balancing service level and capital employed. * Demand Planning and Supply Coordinate material planning based on demand forecasts, production plans, and commercial strategies, aligning supplier delivery timelines, production capacity, and supplier lead times. * Integration with Procurement and Suppliers Collaborate with the Procurement department in defining supply strategies, contracts, volume consolidation, lead time negotiations, and performance evaluation of strategic suppliers. * Governance, Standardization and Process Improvement Develop, standardize, and monitor corporate material management processes across units/plants, promoting best practices, continuous improvement, reduction of stockouts, and elimination of excess and obsolete inventory. * KPI Analysis and Performance Management Monitor and analyze KPIs such as service level, inventory coverage and turnover, OTIF, inventory cost, losses, and obsolescence; propose action plans and report results to leadership. * Strategic Projects and Decision-Making Support Lead or support strategic projects (e.g., expansions, new products, supplier transitions, S&OP, MRP, digitalization), providing technical analysis and data to support medium- and long-term decisions. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree Solid experience in Logistics and people management Intermediate English proficiency Knowledge of SAP MRP (Materials Requirements Planning) Excel and Power BI.
