While we work to integrate our job opportunities, candidates are encouraged to explore openings posted under both Bunge and Viterra. **Key responsibilities:** * Monitor vehicle weighing processes to control the inflow and outflow of raw materials and other products using available systems. * Perform final scale weight control, verifying excluded loads/weighings and their reasons, ensuring analyses for registration and completion of loads/weighings. * Control and verify that all branch load movements occur through the gatehouse and scale, following asset security procedures and standards. * Continuously analyze scale flow to ensure efficiency in truck loading or product unloading. * Direct the issuance flow of billing and weighing documents, ensuring compliance with company-standard weight tolerance percentages. * Ensure physical and fiscal material registration, following the GRC receipt process flow. * Coordinate operational activities with Transport (Logistics/Distribution), Commercial, Administrative, Production, Quality, and Warehouse departments, ensuring weighing and issuance of fiscal documents for release of raw materials and finished products. * Monitor and analyze the Unit’s billing activities by reviewing entries, order verification, invoice issuance, process entries, release of outgoing product invoices, among others. * Analyze and perform billing for DTs (Delivery Tickets), ensuring shipped volumes match billed volumes, including verification of all related processes. * Be responsible for preventing unauthorized access by outsiders to process areas, thereby preventing/intentional product contamination. * Ensure product safety by performing duties in a manner that guarantees products free from contamination (chemical, physical, or biological), applying Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and HACCP knowledge (controlling associated PRPs and CCPs). * Comply with the company’s Occupational Safety regulations and perform duties accordingly. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Availability for on-site work Monday through Saturday, second shift (2:20 PM to 10:30 PM); * Preferred: knowledge of billing, weighing, and inventory control. **Also see our benefits:** * Medical and dental assistance; * Profit-Sharing Program; * Meal allowance; * On-site meals; * Private pension plan (BungePrev plan with employer contribution); * Life insurance; * Pharmacy discount program; * Childcare allowance (for female employees with children up to 5 years and 11 months); * “Count on Us” Program — Personal guidance and support program for employees and dependents, delivered by specialized professionals to assist with psychological, social, or emotional matters; * Partnerships with TotalPass (gyms), MMB Club (individual insurance), Dell, as well as universities and language schools; * Annual incentives such as toys and Christmas baskets. **Work location:** Tatuí — SP **Work model:** On-site, Monday through Saturday, second shift (2:20 PM to 10:30 PM).
