BM VAGAS, in partnership with a food/bakery company, is selecting a BAKER / PASTRY CHEF for the city of Itapetininga/SP. Responsibilities ; Prepare and bake breads, cakes, pies, and other bakery and pastry products; Ensure product quality and taste by following established recipes and standards; Maintain hygiene and organization of the workplace and equipment; Monitor ingredient inventory and place orders when necessary; Innovate in creating new products and recipes. Requirements ; Proven experience as a baker and pastry chef; Knowledge of baking and pastry techniques; Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays; High school diploma. Skills ; Proficiency in fermentation and dough shaping techniques; Skill in cake and pie decoration; Knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations; Ability to work in a team and under pressure; Creativity and passion for baking and pastry.
